Following the Spanish Law 34/2002 of July 11th, about the Information Servicies and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that the holder of the website www.skiandnight.com is Travel&Night S.L. (from now on, TRAVEL&NIGHT), that its address is Avda. Santuario de Valverde, 77- C, 28049, Madrid, Madrid and its tax code (C.I.F.) is B-87814125, as subscribed in the Merchant Record of the Community of Madrid.
The client's subscription to a trip and therefore, the firm consideration of the booking, requires the payment of an amount equivalent to 30% of the total price of the booking. The remaining 70% will be payed in full at least 15 natural days before departure.
The completion of the journey on bus will be conditioned to the subscription of 40 persons. If this number of subscriptions is not met, the agency has the right to cancel the journey on bus without any indemnification for the client, provided that he or she is communicated in a period of time of up to 3 natural days before the scheduled date of departure.
a) If the accommodation fee is reimbursable.
El 10% o importe de reserva desde el momento que formalices la reserva hasta 60 días naturales antes de la salida.
El 25% si se produce entre 60 y 30 días naturales antes de la salida.
El 50% si se produce entre 30 y 15 días naturales antes de la salida.
El 100% si es dentro de los 15 días naturales antes de la salida.
b) If the accommodation fee is not reimbursable.
The client will not have the right to any reimbursements.
*Management expenses associated with modifications to the reservation or due to non-compliance with the payment terms of the reservation will not be refundable in any case.
If the client modifies the booking, he or she will lose the discounts from the website and the fidelity program, if there were any.
The prices of the trips offered on this website include all the applicable taxes, but they don't include any kind of insurance nor they include the tourism apartment rates. The price can be revised up until 20 natural days before the scheduled day of departure, if there were any kind of variations in the cost of transportation (this includes the cost of gas), rates and taxes on services (including landing, boarding, etc. in harbours or airports) and on the exchange rates applied to the trip. If there were any kind of changes in the price, the client can accept the supplement in the price, renounce to the booking or, given the case, renounce to the formalised contract. The half board hotel includes breakfast and dinner, the drinks in the dinner and any kind of extras are not included.
The content and the quality of the services provided by the accommodation facilities are determined by the local tourist category specified in this opicle. TRAVEL&NIGHT reserves the right to change an establishment providing that the booked category remains the same. If the accommodation is in an apartment, the check in will be after 17.00h and the check out before 11.00h. Any children included in the hotel booking free of charge will enjoy their stay in an accommodation-only basis and all the expenses that they incur in, will be payed directly to the hotel by the clients.
The client has the obligation to always carry with him or her a valid and in force ID or passport, in their original forms. Any person under 18 will be obliged to carry with him or her an authorisation form signed by his or her parents, the parent holding custody (in case of divorced parents) or his or her guardian, consenting to the trip, as well as a valid and in force passport.
The renting store could ask for a security fee or to retain a valid ID until the end of the renting service as a guarantee in case the property is stolen, lost or damaged.
The travel agency will be not held responsible for the non-execution or the insufficient execution of the contract under the circumstances that follow: When there is a force majeure (this is, when there is a circumstance beyond control, abnormal and unpredictable), when there is a problem that cannot be solved by the agency or the providers given that they have done the necessary diligence, or when the cause is imputable to the client or a third party. If given meteorological causes or other force majeure motives, the services were to be affected, the organisation compromises to execute all the necessary arrangements for the benefit of the passengers affected by these premises; nevertheless, any economic incidences related to accommodation, maintenance, transport and any other expense originated as a consequence of these circumstances will be accounted for by the client and in any way will the organization be held responsible as they are out of their scope of action. The client is obliged to communicate to the agency as soon as possible and by written means any breach in the execution of the contract that he or she may have noticed in situ.
The acquisition of a trip will include the possibility to hire an insurance for medical and accident expenses, the content and the price f which is explained in the previous page.
On the trips that include a coach, each client can bring onboard one piece of baggage and the ski material. It is not allowed to bring onboard any boxes or animals. During the journey on bus, the client is obliged to respect other clients and behave peacefully, as well as to follow the rules of the company providing the transport services (no smoking, no eating, no disturbances, etc). In the case of the ski forfaits of a period of more than 2 days, the client has to bring an original, ID-sized (4x3cm) picture. The client must satisfy in situ the rates applicable as well as any amounts asked as insurance for the accommodation, as none of these payments are included in the prices of the trips. The deposit for the accommodation will be refunded once it has been checked the correct estate of the place by the company in charge of the accommodation.
